While at Yelp, I collaborated with the PR team to develop a calendar highlighting fun and unusual holidays throughout the year. The objective was to gift these calendars to Yelp's media partners. Previous editions had been standard spiral-bound constructions. However, after discussions, I recommended elevating the design to capture the attention of media partners for future opportunities. We chose to move forward with risograph printing style, a two color print that creates unique overlaps and fun textures that could play well with the illustrations and blockiness of the calendar design.

We reached out to Risolve studio to print the pieces, and sourced custom wood blocks as the base of the calendar. The folks on the PR team reached out to let us know that their media partners loved the calendar, and it directly led to more conversations for their team.
